This is the closing chapter of a marketing plan that serves as a guideline for control activities during the upcoming year.
Some control procedures are quarterly, some are monthly, but it’s important to note that many of the control procedures of
a marketing plan are weekly or even daily.
By enhancing the following control standards, we are able to make better marketing-oriented decisions next year, especially when we start our next marketing plan by conducting a situation analysis.
